We are honored and Proud to introduce and welcome our newest member to the Devin Jordan Security Team! Captain Martin Conte is a retired NJ & Federal Police Officer and former United States Marine. He recently held the rank of Captain assigned as the lead instructor for the Department of Defense Police Training Division based at NWS Earle, Colts Neck NJ. His areas of responsibility included all Police Tactical Training, Annual Firearms Qualifications, Response to Active Shooter Training, Rapid Response Team Training, Emergency Vehicle Operator Course (EVOC) as well as all Phase Two Training as required for DOD Police and Navy Police Officers. Captain Conte is an NRA & NJ Division of Criminal Justice Certified Firearms Instructor (Rifle, Handgun, Shotgun, Sub-Gun) as well as a Non-Lethal Force Instructor (NLW). A graduate of the Navy SRF-A (Special Reaction Force-Alpha), Captain Conte was responsible for the development and implementation of the Rapid Response Team (RRT) assigned to NWS Earle. This Team was cross trained in Response to Active Shooter and Force Protection. Holding joint exercises with the New Jersey State Police as well as I.C.E and other civilian LE agencies.
